Stayed there during February. The location is perfect! Right in the heart of the plaza, close to shopping and main tourist attractions. Hotel staff was super friendly, helpful with every question and request. They even got small sandwich snacks for free. Great experience!

Everything was great..
But when I ordered a taxi from the hotel to the airport they told me it's cost 100 eur..!! but when the car came, I surprised because the car was like uber car not like a taxi. And because I was hurry I didn't want to argue about it.

The best hotel experience I've ever had in Europe. Felt like an American 4-star hotel. Helpful staff. Gorgeous room. Awesome bathroom with a great shower. Bed was good.

Only one complaint: The ridiculously bright blue light coming from the thermostat is extremely annoying. The whole room blacks out very well because of the great curtains, but that crazy-bright blue light ruins it. I had to use an eye patch to sleep.

Good place to stay, closer to metro and Chinatown, cross street is a big supermarket and cafe, get your daily supply of water or drink, fruits, chip. It open till 10 pm. It’s a great place with super friendly and helpful staff. The room was good and we had everything we needed
Breakfast was alright but definitely filling enough to keep you going for the morning
I loved that the mini bar was included
We did not feel like it was that far from the city center since it’s best to get a metro card anyway to explore the city and one day tickets are really cheap

UNA was a great hotel. The location is a little far from the centre, but nothing too crazy. You can easily walk 30 minutes to the centre of town.

The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. It's also very quiet so you'll sleep like a baby. They will also go above and beyond the call of duty to make you happy.

One negative was that there was no way to heat up water for tea or coffee in your room. Something that's very common in North America. A really cheap addition, which would make UNA perfect for us.

Overall, great stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The building is nice but was renovated 14 years ago. Needs some work when you look at the place closely.
The bathrooms and funky in style with tubs and showers.
We paid about $275/night Canadian but I don't think it was worth that.
Breakfasts are the same daily which is kind of boring.
They can improve in their breakfasts.
Staff are pleasant.
It's about 20-25 minutes from the core downtown Florence but with the crazy hot temperatures, it takes a toll on you.
Bus 6A and 6B are very handy.

Lovely hotel in centrally located village overlooking the surrounding countryside. We were lucky to get the suite (in the new part of the hotel) which is huge! The breakfast buffet has everything you expect with freshly made coffees (we still miss Roberta's cappuccino's in the morning at home!) The pool was a welcome refreshment after (or during) a hot summer day. The local pigeons seemed to think so too and used it to quench their thirst. Feature or nuisance? It's up to you. :) Highly recommended as a base to explore Tuscany. The covered parking has two (Tesla) charging points.

Place is amazing. Food brilliant, staff were very pleasant. Few minor points would make it perfect. For example asked for a couple of things they did not have. Many five star hotels would have sent someone out to locate it. Never offered. Simply said to drive 10 minutes into to town and locate the items myself.

From the moment we entered my breath was taken away from the views of the Tuscan hill side. We were escorted to our lovely Lillianna Suite that had a bubbling bathtub.

The room was enormous and when you opened the windows you see the countryside with lots of fresh air! Hard to believe you are only 7 miles from Florence.

The staff made you feel like royalty taking care of every need. The hotel is 450 years old and has been through a restoration that took 5 years and restored it to the original splendor.

The breakfast with champagne was amazing and included everyday!! We also enjoyed dinner here and across the street at a small family owned resturant (highly suggest you try it) too.

The hotel is ok but a little tired and in need of some money being spent to tidy things up. Our room was functional and clean.

The pool however is very good. Plenty of sun chairs and a good size for swimming

My husband and I just left after a three day stay. Immediately when we walked into the room it smelled terrible. Like rotten eggs. We stayed nonetheless because we bought candles and weren’t in the room much as we took a day trip to Pompeii and were aight seeing around Rome. We had a deal with free breakfast and one morning didn’t feel like going down so we called and asked if it would be feee to bring the free breakfast up. They said yes, we’ll need less to say when we were checking out the charged us ten dollars and refused to take it off the bill, because in fine print it says they will charge us that, even though it’s completely misleading. The worst part about it is, we were only in the room at night so mainly didn’t turn on the main light in the bathroom. Right before we left we decided to take a shower (mid day) and turned on the light, there were specks of mold all along the wall behind the door! It was quite a large amount!! I wonder if that was the smell? I would not recommend staying here, especially with children as it may be a health hazard.

One bridge from the action, this fantastic little gem is perfect for our little family. Hot breakfast, snacks and refreshments after a hot day, beautifully appointed rooms. The only oddity are the showers, with glass too small and narrow to stand comfortably under the water. You have to hold the handle and spray yourself. Maybe I'm just not European? Anyways, we are very pleased. The staff are very friendly and efficient. We took quick showers and left our rooms for 30 minutes, and returned to our beds already turned down, bathroom was cleaned, and curtains drawn for evening. Definite recommendation for family or a little romantic jaunt.

This rooftop terrace was an oasis from the chaos down below in the piazza. This is definitely the safest bar and restaurant in like a 10 block radius. Enjoyed the drinks and the vibe!

Great hotel for a short stay in Bologna. Very close to the train station, but still a walking distance from the main attractions. The staff was helpful, with some minor mistakes that were quickly fixed by just mentioning at the front desk. The bathroom was splendid with an extensive hospitality set, but a bit untidy, tub was either broken or we didn't know how to use it as the plug kept leaking water out. The room was very large, and the view from the 7th floor is just beautiful. Breakfast was very ordinary with nothing special or worth mentioning, but the terrace is a very comfortable place to spend some time and relax with a drink or a glass of wine in the evening.

I wanted to give this place five stars. The restaurant is amazing, food and staff are great. The balcony is freaking incredible. Show up during the off season and get ready to be the only people at this hotel. And the spa. God that spa was amazing. Completely worth the stay. The room was pretty small, and newly decorated. It was a bit cheaper looking than the pics let on. You have to put your key in the wall to turn on everything in the room. When my bf would go get something I’d just sit in the dark and wait for him. Hah. Either way we were the only ones here. Private spa, restaurant, and balcony lounge. Well worth the money. Also they make you pay extra for the spa FYI

Really friendly and helpful staff. Clean, modern rooms and hot buffet breakfast with fresh juice!
However there are some drawbacks. Even though the main picture shows a jacuzzi and pool that is not include. That is an extra 60 euros. We really thought the jacuzzi or pool was included... when we arrived at night the restaurant was open but the said they were out of food because of a big group... the restaurant was 2/3 empty. They did offer us some toast though. They also said we could order pizza for delivery. We wanted a meal though and there is nothing close by. Oh and the restaurant is closed for lunch and dinner on Sundays (which happened to be our second day there).

The location is about a 35 minute walk to the island.

It is a hip, young and modern hotel with a cool rooftop and none of the cons are deal breakers but we probably wouldn't recommend this hotel for tourists.
