We stayed here for a weekend and we really enjoyed our visit. It is a small and comfortable boutique hotel that has well trained and customer focused staff. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and smartly decorated. Breakfast is great value and is not included. Room rates are reasonable for central Milano. To recommend
My favorite hotel in Milano! Terrific location. The rooms are so cute and cozy. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is amazing! I feel absolute peace and joy every time I visit.
I loved this property. The location makes it perfect, it's nearby main attractions such as Duomo and Galleria. The staff is very professional, helpful, attentive; they are the definition of customer service. I highly recommend, it's by far one the best ones I've been to, it's worth every penny. The toiletries that they provide are fantastic. I definitely will stay here when I come back.
Five star rating for a five star hotel. Service is fantastic. Friendly, curteous and fast especially the front desk. Room is spacious and clean and the bed was incredible.
Highly consider staying there if you have business downtown in Milano or just leisurely shopping. Few steps away from Castle and Duomo. Perfect
Modern spacious suite. Superb location to the centre and Brera district. Polite and efficient staff. Would stay again next time in Milan.
This location is excellent, within easy walking distance to some of the most beautiful sights in Milan. And the hotel is beautiful, comfortable, with excellent food and service.
Really nice hotel. Great location for the train station but a bit hidden away. Brilliant comfy bed! The room itself although spacious had marks on the walls and the shower was broken so the water sprayed in every direction. For the price paid would have expected a little more. Breakfast was great. Good selection and very tasty.
Great hotel! I was honestly surprised by the room layout and decent location . Lots of great restaurants and shops around, walking distance. Metro station near by so if you plan to go do a day trip to near by city you can easily do so. Good staff, clean place, I would come back here!
Not that good location... Near the main railway station but Duomo , Brera r too far.. But the hotel was nice.. Awesome restaurant with nice breakfast and rooms just like in the pictures .. Lavish with bathtub .. Decorated nicely... Had fun time with family.. The design of the hotel and room is awesome
Comfortable hotel, in central position. Excellent Saturday farmers market in front of the hotel weekly.
Good place to stay, closer to metro and Chinatown, cross street is a big supermarket and cafe, get your daily supply of water or drink, fruits, chip. It open till 10 pm. Hotel breakfast is good, decent hotel and the frontdesk is helpful. With a metro pass, you can reach all the Milan sightseeing places.very convenience location.
It’s a great place with super friendly and helpful staff. The room was good and we had everything we needed
Breakfast was alright but definitely filling enough to keep you going for the morning
I loved that the mini bar was included
We did not feel like it was that far from the city center since it’s best to get a metro card anyway to explore the city and one day tickets are really cheap
Certainly not a 4 star hotel at least not by my book. It isn't bad though - the room is quite big, the bed comfortable, it's not very far from the city center. Breakfast is good also. The way the room looks doesn't qualify it for a 4 star, the furniture and all the finishes look rather cheap. This hotel doesn't have a parking place - you have to pay 16€/ day for parking your car at least 500 meters away ( when I was there it was raining heavily and the 10 minutes walk was delicious) . It is hilarious in this day and age to ask for money for a decent wifi connection !
All is perfect: place, price and people)
Good hotel with good services.
Appropriate for business and family usage.
Stylish and very orange ! Rooms are comfortable and have all the amenities you need. Comfortable beds and decent linen.
Decent hotel with good service and rooms. Not as lavish to deserve all 5 stars but good enough to get 4 while being in budget.
I stayed at UNA hotel overnight for a conference. I really liked my room even thought the service wasn't that great. It was totally worth the money spent anyway.
Besides slow wifi, there's really nothing to complain about, the rooms are very nice
A fascinating and beautiful hotel. A little distance from the main areas of Florence but there are buses that stop nearby. If you are fit and able it's a good 10 to 15 minute walk to the main attractions. A good Chinese restaurant out of the exit and round to the left. Hotel restaurant is basic but the food is good.
Decent location, nice building, clean room, working facilities, good on-site restaurant. Wifi was sub par unless you want to pay extra. Location is a good 20m walk from main area of city. As someone from the States I was confused by needing to leave my swipe card key in a holster by the entrance door (after about 5m everything turns off, lights, a/c). Outlets not always in convenient locations. Overall a solid place to stay, but a bit overpriced.
I chose this hotel for my first visit to Firenze, I am very happy with my choice; the staff at the restaurant were very attentive, the juice bar in the morning was great, I got to pick my own fruits and veggies to start my day; booked a superior room and was very pleased with the size of the bathroom and bath tub itself, night lights beaming around my room was amazing touch. Overall a five-star experience, will come back to UNA Firenze without hesitation.
Pleasant staff. Excellent food. Very accommodating for our children. Environment is beautiful, but it would be nice if the trees were shorter on the terrace.
Came to golf with friends while on vacation. While golfing was not as expensive as some North American courses, the quality suffered a bit. Greens were in rough condition and rental club quality was not very good for the cost. Pro shop was very expensive, and food and beverage service was very lacking.
We had a very nice stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Peaceful place.
Lovely hotel in centrally located village overlooking the surrounding countryside. We were lucky to get the suite (in the new part of the hotel) which is huge! The breakfast buffet has everything you expect with freshly made coffees (we still miss Roberta's cappuccino's in the morning at home!) The pool was a welcome refreshment after (or during) a hot summer day. The local pigeons seemed to think so too and used it to quench their thirst. Feature or nuisance? It's up to you. :) Highly recommended as a base to explore Tuscany. The covered parking has two (Tesla) charging points.
A beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and a superb location
Simply the best stay!!! 5stars!!!
Pleasant and very nice hotel
The staff and service are rare to find
Far more than you can expect
Thank you very much!!!
Place is amazing. Food brilliant, staff were very pleasant. Few minor points would make it perfect. For example asked for a couple of things they did not have. Many five star hotels would have sent someone out to locate it. Never offered. Simply said to drive 10 minutes into to town and locate the items myself.
From the moment we entered my breath was taken away from the views of the Tuscan hill side. We were escorted to our lovely Lillianna Suite that had a bubbling bathtub.
The room was enormous and when you opened the windows you see the countryside with lots of fresh air! Hard to believe you are only 7 miles from Florence.
The staff made you feel like royalty taking care of every need. The hotel is 450 years old and has been through a restoration that took 5 years and restored it to the original splendor.
The breakfast with champagne was amazing and included everyday!! We also enjoyed dinner here and across the street at a small family owned resturant (highly suggest you try it) too.
beautiful room, friendly and attentive staff. Found the hotel quiet and peaceful with delightful grounds. The food on the main restaurant was light and far more agreeable than the rich regional menus. excellent hotel.
Great spa, very simpatic sta
The Wi-Fi is week ! But in other hand, is really central and can have a bike for free , what is really handfull in this area because it's a extremely flat city! The roof top bar is amazing and have a beautiful sunset.
Absolutely recommendable place, very friendly staff, great pool, fabulous roof-top bar and restaurant, perfect position close to a lot of bagnos.
A little far from the main areas. The daily buffet breakfast is excellent and the pool is an added plus.
The hotel is ok but a little tired and in need of some money being spent to tidy things up. Our room was functional and clean.
The public spaces are clean but there is evidence all over the hotel of a lack of repairs and attention to detail.
The pool however is very good. Plenty of sun chairs and a good size for swimming
Dated! Really disappointing after the other good reviews - tatty, soul-less rooms with no comfort, more 90's empty feel apartment with memory foam bed. Avoid unless you like dirty off-white with bright orange thrown in, however the staff are good and so were the bathroom freebies, that is it.
I really liked this hotel because our suite was beautiful. I loved the bed and the bathroom with a tub and shower. Also, it is very spacious unlike most hotels in Italy. I also appreciated how close the hotel was to the train station. The staff is very nice.
My issue was with the internet signal being mediocre, so if you plan on working from your room it might not be possible, and the food was very much average or below. I regretted ordering room service. The breakfast was varied but still mediocre. For a 4 star hotel, I expected more.
Everything was good. Especially the bar and restaurant. Price was reasonable. What I didn't like was that hotel was stingy with toiletries. We had to call each day to request for basic amenities like dental set, bath salts, conditioner. Why not just provide on a daily basis? It should be provided rather than making hotel guest request for it.
Very nice hotel for a very reasonable price. Good location with restaurants around it. Around a 25 minute walk to the trevi fountain and other sites. The metro for the city is very close as is the main railway station. Found it to be quiet noisy at night but we were surrounded by Scotland fans celebrating a rare 6 nations win. We stayed in a standard room which didn't come with a kettle or anything. I believe the upgraded rooms come with kettle and a free mini bar. Free baggage storage here also which allowed us to enjoy exploring Rome again after our checkout time.
Absolutely amazing hotel. Our room was massive with a mezzanine level where the giant bed was. Only a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and bars. Breakfast was a self service affair and when I asked about gluten free products a got given a selection box of goodies including bread, biscuits, crackers and pastries. Staff were wonderful and the afternoon snacks and glass of prosecco were a fabulous little extra that made our stay even better.
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...
One bridge from the action, this fantastic little gem is perfect for our little family. Hot breakfast, snacks and refreshments after a hot day, beautifully appointed rooms. The only oddity are the showers, with glass too small and narrow to stand comfortably under the water. You have to hold the handle and spray yourself. Maybe I'm just not European? Anyways, we are very pleased. The staff are very friendly and efficient. We took quick showers and left our rooms for 30 minutes, and returned to our beds already turned down, bathroom was cleaned, and curtains drawn for evening. Definite recommendation for family or a little romantic jaunt.
Slightly off the beaten track but still easy to reach from the airport on the ferry and moments away from everything you need.
Room was a little small but with a canal side view, you could almost touch it during aqua Alta, it had everything you might want.
A simple but good quality breakfast, afternoon snacks and prosecco and nibbles in the evening are a welcome bonus.
Staff were all incredibly nice and helpful when needed.
Stayed here for 10 nights. Situated five minutes from central train station and twenty five minutes walk to the ports for ferry services. Despite being in a very busy area the sound proofing in the room was brilliant. Great night's sleep. Bed comfy but maybe a bit too firm. Room spotless. Had superior room which included free mini bar so well worth the extra. The food included in the breakfast menu was varied and delicious. The restaurant staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The reception staff very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a base for commuting around the area. It helped make a good holiday great.
Really close to Main station- very convenient but noisy street. If the windows are closed it is quiet in the room. Big bathroom, clean, air conditioning. Rooftop terrace with cool view over Naples! Good breakfast
Great hotel, perfectly located across plaza Garibaldi and the train station. Staff was friendly. Free internet included. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was included and was very complete and generous. Suggest asking to sit in the terrace overlooking the city.
Hotel was nice, very chic and friendly staff. Bed wasn't comfy and the window wouldn't open all the way. Not worth the price in my opinion.
Hotel was comfy and well located bed was big and comfy. Decor was a bit bright and lary but but not offensive the shower and bathroom were very clean and were good. No kettle in the room with tea or coffee which was not standard for this type of hotel only the usual expensive minibar. The rooms were very hot though at night and air con or fans were not working which made for and sweaty and irratating nights sleep. The barman was very friendly and helpful when he was there but seemed to have many other jobs so was very difficult to get a few drinks would have had more than 1 if he was available more often
Excellent hotel, everyone was super friendly and accommodating, including the cleaning staff. Good breakfast and a nice terrace.
Clean and professional atmosphere. Not very suited for vacation but more for business trips. Lots of conventions, seminars meetings etc. crowds. Breakfast was OK. City center ~20mins walking distance
The room was extremely hot and dry even with the ventilation on. We found the breakfast below average.
A large bottle of water will be 1€50 anywhere in town and a small bottle from the hotel mini bar will be 3€50!!
Good insonorisation and very nice hot shower.
Nice and clean hotel, friendly staff and good breakfast.
The hotel is conveniently located 2 min from the Plaza. They upgraded us to their loft suite which is so cute! The terrace restaurant is so amazing! We paid a little for the upgraded breakfast experience on their rooftop terrace... Worth every penny! Gorgeous central view of Mount Etna. We came back for drinks at the sunset! Such an amazing experience! Catania, we will miss you!
Loved our stay, very clean and spacious rooms . The bed was rather hard. Loved the decor through out the hotel . Friendly staff and they spook English. We enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant witch was on the roof.
The beds are horrible. The soaps are worse. For a city hotel it is okay on cleanliness. The front desk staff are friendly and the breakfast staff are friendly. The valet and the bellman is very unfriendly and I felt like we were an inconvenience. The location is great in the city and pretty close to a lot city center stuff.
I wanted to give this place five stars. The restaurant is amazing, food and staff are great. The balcony is freaking incredible. Show up during the off season and get ready to be the only people at this hotel. And the spa. God that spa was amazing. Completely worth the stay. The room was pretty small, and newly decorated. It was a bit cheaper looking than the pics let on. You have to put your key in the wall to turn on everything in the room. When my bf would go get something I’d just sit in the dark and wait for him. Hah. Either way we were the only ones here. Private spa, restaurant, and balcony lounge. Well worth the money. Also they make you pay extra for the spa FYI
Really friendly and helpful staff. Clean, modern rooms and hot buffet breakfast with fresh juice!
However there are some drawbacks. Even though the main picture shows a jacuzzi and pool that is not include. That is an extra 60 euros. We really thought the jacuzzi or pool was included... when we arrived at night the restaurant was open but the said they were out of food because of a big group... the restaurant was 2/3 empty. They did offer us some toast though. They also said we could order pizza for delivery. We wanted a meal though and there is nothing close by. Oh and the restaurant is closed for lunch and dinner on Sundays (which happened to be our second day there).
The location is about a 35 minute walk to the island.
It is a hip, young and modern hotel with a cool rooftop and none of the cons are deal breakers but we probably wouldn't recommend this hotel for tourists.
Smart hôtel. Wonderful spa in an ancien cave. Good kitchen. Very Nice attention. Quiet and modern roms.
It is rare that I write a bad review, preferring to encourage people to go to the wonderful places that I find instead of picking on the average places. Unfortunately, our stay at the UNA Hotel Regina was so awful that I had to write something.
My husband and I were planning to spend 3 nights, but the conditions were so bad that we left after 1 night. If we had arrived earlier in the evening, we wouldn't have spent even one night!
When we checked in, we were surprised that the grounds were a mess with leaves/debris everywhere and bird poop and green mold growing on all of the walkways and buildings . It was as if they had fired their grounds keepers and simply decided to neglect everything.
We were told at reception that the shuttle that was supposed to be available to take guests into town wasn't available so our only choice for dinner would be to eat in their restaurant. We were the only guests in the large restaurant and the waiter still couldn't remember our order. The food was mediocre at best.
We had to change rooms when the doorknob fell off in my husbands hand when he tried to shut the door...thus preventing us from being able to shut or lock the door. The second room (which they told us was the best one they had) was dark and dirty. The bathroom shower had lots of black mold growing in it and the bathroom floor had piles of dirt in the corners.
In addition to the queen bed, there was a twin bed in the room. We saw both a pincher bug and tiny black ant like bugs crawling on the twin bed. Luckily the queen bed appeared to be clean, but by this time I didn't trust anything.
In addition to it being filthy (or perhaps because of it) the place was deserted. I think there were only one or two other occupied rooms in the large complex. Overall, we felt that the UNA Hotel Regina should not be opened in the off season but instead spend the time cleaning and repairing the facilities.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone at this time.
Big Hotel. The rooms were a bit small but cozy with a cool "old" signature. Great friendly service. Breakfast was great and delicious. The pool was nice and the water was clean. Its not so far from Bari and near a coastal town called Torre a Marre.
The rooms are quite comfortable and clean. The hotel has swimming pools and other activities. The location is not on the beach but you can get to the sea with a few minutes by car. Same for the city center.
The rooms are very nice. The receptionist was very nice as well. The restaurant team was not up to par. We don't speak Italian, and the staff spoke little to no English. We ended up leaving the restaurant after waiting for our food for almost two hours. The manager was nice enough and sent us complimentary room service, but I personally prefer my dinner around 19:00 rather than 22:30. Very disappointing experience overall.
Great Place to Stay. Was there for only Night only. But had a Great Service experience. Good Room Facilities.
I'm here three days on biznis and it is perfect, didn't find anything wrong. Even when my wall key-card reader stopped working they fixed it in 5 minutes. Food is excellent rooms are very clean. I enjoy my stay.
No free internet connection
Right off the highway (less than 1 minute drive), everything is like brand new, cheap prices for an amazing room, courteous service, clean and spacious room, offers a wide range of amenities if needed.
Comfortable rooms, restaurant is very good
Boring surroundings. Good hotel. But the restaurant is the reason I stay here often
Very clean and well maintained. Only 4 stars because it is a bit far away from town with limited access to public transports.
Fantastic place, awesome personnel. Love the conference room.
Good location, clean hotel and helpful staff but little expensive for their service
Good location. Nice hotel for a short stay.
Tv screen was very dark, remote had a range of 7 in. Beds were tiny, mattresses were thin, and blankets were a thin sheet of cloth which felt like sandpaper. Mosquitos were everywhere, and they left the doors open in the dining room which made it very hot and humid. However the food was nice. So if u stay for one or 2 days it can be a decentish hotel. Because they will bring extra blankets if u ask them enough.
From outside not so good, but inside OK. Upgrade to superior room because of first visit, incl. better Wi-Fi (but only for one device at one time).
Rooms are old, wet stains on the wall, carpet ugly.
TV programms in all languages.
Breakfast was very good, fresh coffee and cappuccino, selection of cereals and spread.
Even for allergics!
Checkout took 20min.
Nice hotel. Ask for the bigger room. Nice basic breakfast.
Rather smelly rooms. Cereal choice limited just to cornflakes and very poor coffee. A long way from the town centre.
Friendly staff and great breakfast. Rooms are decaying and very old though. It's also very close to a water treatment plant and it can smell badly often.
very reasonable hotel. you can enjoy simple & nice breakfast.
Regular hotel services. Free but slow and limited wifi (only surf, no streaming, no youtube, no vpn...). No restaurant, only cafe bar, and expensive. No centric places near.
