We stayed here two days and we really enjoyed our visit. It is a small and comfortable boutique hotel that has well trained and customer focused staff. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and smartly decorated. Breakfast is great value and is not included. Room rates are reasonable for central Milano. To recommend
Fabulous stay with first class service.
We had a fabulous stay. We were in Milano for the first time and the hotel helped to make the trip so much more special. The staff were all, without exception, superb, helpful and genuinely friendly. The room was spacious and cosy. I would highly recommend a stay here
What would you do? I made reservations in Jan. 2018 for two nights, 3 rooms, for July 2108. Paid in full in January. In May discovered that I had one night incorrect and needed to adjust date. The hotel was unyielding and would not change night or give me credit for one night, even though they had vacancies. Contacted Expedia and they had to go hotel policy. I lost over $750.00. In their defense they gave us wine and the staff was very very nice as were the rooms, upgraded. Do not pay ahead unless you are absolutely positive you will be there or you will lose your deposit. Again, staff great, management not accommodating or considerate.
The hotel was perfect for our short break in Milano, the staff made us feel so welcome upon our arrival and during our stay. The hotel was clean and modern and the room was spacious. Perfect location being a few steps from main city attractions. Great breakfast. Would definitely return and recommend to all!
This is a great hotel in a great location. Very close to main attractions.
The hotel staff was truly exceptional during our stay. They were attentive and accommodating of our delayed arrival and helpful in every way. The room was very nice, clean, spacious and bright. I can highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel upgraded my room to a juror suite which very nice. The suite has pretty of room and was divided into two area separated by a reversible tv. The bedding was soft and clean which is very comfortable to sleep in. The only thing was the pillows were a bit too soft for me. Bathroom was clean and spacious with the usual amenities. The hotel does have underground parking but cost €25 per day if you’re driving. I had the package which included breakfast. Breakfast included the usual egg, bacon, cold cuts, some fruits, tomatoes , mozzarella cheese, fruit juices, yogurt, bread and coffee.
The hotel has air conditioning which is very good the hot days while I was there.
Staff are friendly and courteous.
The hotel is located in a very central location which makes your trip planning very easy. You can walk or take public transportation which is right in front of the hotel.
Overall is a good stay.
Good location - short walk from the central station and airport shuttle. Nice breakfast. I didn't like the coffee from the machine, because it was made from milk powder instead of fresh milk. Free, but slow, wifi Internet connection. The room was clean and well maintained. Good service of the hotel staff.
Really nice hotel. Great location for the train station but a bit hidden away. Brilliant comfy bed! The room itself although spacious had marks on the walls and the shower was broken so the water sprayed in every direction. For the price paid would have expected a little more. Breakfast was great. Good selection and very tasty.
great modern hotel. everything was top notch. no complaints
Comfortable hotel, in central position. Excellent Saturday farmers market in front of the hotel weekly.
Good place to stay, closer to metro and Chinatown, cross street is a big supermarket and cafe, get your daily supply of water or drink, fruits, chip. It open till 10 pm. Hotel breakfast is good, decent hotel and the frontdesk is helpful. With a metro pass, you can reach all the Milan sightseeing places.very convenience location.
Ok but not more than that. Old hotel, outdated interiors. Puny breakfast.
Certainly not a 4 star hotel at least not by my book. It isn't bad though - the room is quite big, the bed comfortable, it's not very far from the city center. Breakfast is good also. The way the room looks doesn't qualify it for a 4 star, the furniture and all the finishes look rather cheap. This hotel doesn't have a parking place - you have to pay 16€/ day for parking your car at least 500 meters away ( when I was there it was raining heavily and the 10 minutes walk was delicious) . It is hilarious in this day and age to ask for money for a decent wifi connection !
No complaints. Nice room, clean and in good repair, reasonable rates, very friendly, helpful staff.
Good central location and very convenient rooms and hospitable service. Good meal options in the restaurant and many other options just outside the hotel.
A chic hotel about 30 min away from Milan airport. The staff is warm and rooms spacious and very well maintained. The washrooms are large and have a bath tub.
This place has a bar and a lovely restaurant. About 30 min away from city centre of Milan this is a nice place to stay both for business and on a vacation.
All staff really friendly and very helpful. Rooms on 9th floor super quite with great views on a clear day.
Excellent i have had in milan. Near by airport but very near to the highway. Very peaceful location. Wi-Fi was good. Rooms were very nice. Mini bar available. There is a bar in hotel. Break fast average with few options available. Regards#The indian traveller
A fascinating and beautiful hotel. A little distance from the main areas of Florence but there are buses that stop nearby. If you are fit and able it's a good 10 to 15 minute walk to the main attractions. A good Chinese restaurant out of the exit and round to the left. Hotel restaurant is basic but the food is good.
Decent location, nice building, clean room, working facilities, good on-site restaurant. Wifi was sub par unless you want to pay extra. Location is a good 20m walk from main area of city. As someone from the States I was confused by needing to leave my swipe card key in a holster by the entrance door (after about 5m everything turns off, lights, a/c). Outlets not always in convenient locations. Overall a solid place to stay, but a bit overpriced.
UNA was a great hotel. The location is a little far from the centre, but nothing too crazy. You can easily walk 30 minutes to the centre of town.
The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. It's also very quiet so you'll sleep like a baby. They will also go above and beyond the call of duty to make you happy.
One negative was that there was no way to heat up water for tea or coffee in your room. Something that's very common in North America. A really cheap addition, which would make UNA perfect for us.
Overall, great stay. Would definitely stay here again.
Pleasant staff. Excellent food. Very accommodating for our children. Environment is beautiful, but it would be nice if the trees were shorter on the terrace.
Came to golf with friends while on vacation. While golfing was not as expensive as some North American courses, the quality suffered a bit. Greens were in rough condition and rental club quality was not very good for the cost. Pro shop was very expensive, and food and beverage service was very lacking.
We had a very nice stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Peaceful place.
Good location for central Tuscany, with free parking at the local supermarket. Lovely but very expensive restaurant. Good base hotel for Tuscan day trips but not much atmosphere around he hotel itself. Definitely worth joining in for one of the complimentary wine tastings even if just to have a peek at the gorgeous wine cellar - a definite highlight!
This place is so beautiful people were very friendly all through the little town and at the hotel pool was not heated but that was ok it was so hot you did not want the pool to be warm. Drinks wine and good all so good
Lovely hotel in centrally located village overlooking the surrounding countryside. We were lucky to get the suite (in the new part of the hotel) which is huge! The breakfast buffet has everything you expect with freshly made coffees (we still miss Roberta's cappuccino's in the morning at home!) The pool was a welcome refreshment after (or during) a hot summer day. The local pigeons seemed to think so too and used it to quench their thirst. Feature or nuisance? It's up to you. :) Highly recommended as a base to explore Tuscany. The covered parking has two (Tesla) charging points.
Beautiful facility, good cocktails, gorgeous views, and a lovely pool. The only problem is the attitude and training of the staff. All of our group were told "No", "you can't", "against the regulations" more times than I can remember at a luxury hotel. Customer satisfaction is not their priority. Prime example was the lady in the spa who seemed to bark "regolamento" every time I saw her.
Nothing like a daily reprimand! Won't be going back.
Wonderful Mansion in the heart of Mugello countryside, where relax and well being are granted. The Staff is literally superb, 100% voted to guests' satisfaction, as it should be in all the places. The main Restaurant offers an interesting Local choice, really very good! Well be surely back!
A bit pricey for the offer. The rooms are good, infrastructure is good, but I did not see all the luxury
Great hotel, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, air conditioning throughout. Breakfasts fantastic. Lovely pool, plenty of sun beds, nice grounds, plenty of parking, but not under cover. Dinner prices rather steep, but many great restaurants within easy walking distance. Family friendly. Quite large, so not a small, family-owned hotel.
Our family of Mum, Dad and 3 daughters stayed in one of their aparto suites for 2 weeks. The photos on their website are actually not as good as the real thing. This is a brilliant hotel with brilliant staff. We had an amazing time.
Highly priced given the kind of amenities. Rooms are spacious and facilities as well. However the quality of material in rooms are not so good so I don’t believe they will last for long. The location is superb for sure.
Hotel is located next to the Highway exit is and 2km distant from the beach. Rooms are ok, clean, double bed and Single bed. Bathroom was clean too. The pool is nice. The staff was always very attentive. Breakfast offerta a vast choice. If for you its not important to have a hotel directly attached to the beach this is a good low key option. They rent bikes too but the price is too high.
A little far from the main areas. The daily buffet breakfast is excellent and the pool is an added plus.
The hotel is ok but a little tired and in need of some money being spent to tidy things up. Our room was functional and clean.
The public spaces are clean but there is evidence all over the hotel of a lack of repairs and attention to detail.
The pool however is very good. Plenty of sun chairs and a good size for swimming
I stayed in UNA Hotel with my family while in Rome and I have to say the hotel is superb! Great service, friendly staff and good food. Definitely staying here again when I come back. Thank you One Hotel staff!
So , the hotel is decent but there have been some pretty big problems I've experienced:
1. I've pre ordered a room with a king size bed but when I arrived the so called king sized bed were 2 regular beds attached one next to each other which kept separating with every move in the bed
2. The room service came twice in the room without knocking on the door ,in one of the cases I was sitting in bed almost naked
3. When my girlfriend gave them 3 stars they called us at 9.30 in the morning asking us to justify the rating with a pretty aggressive approach .
4. The restaurant prices are way too high .
Great location for visitors on foot. Adjacent to central terminal, found several walking tours and access to major sites. Incredibly supportive staff, gorgeous rooms, and great shopping and food in the immediate.
Wonderful hotel in a great location in Venice. We stayed five nights on the first floor. Our room was lovely. They offer different pillow options, which is nice. A very nice tea time is offered in the afternoons followed by a little happy hour with sparkling wine and sandwiches, chips and nuts. Breakfast is great; they will bring you any coffee or tea you like, then you help yourself to cereal, fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese, yogurt and a lovely assortment of breads and pastries. The staff are very pleasant and helpful with directions and whatnot. Speaking English was not a problem at all. A short walk to a main street where there are loads of shops, bars and restaurants. A very short walk to the boats as well. Very convenient and quiet. Would highly recommend.
Absolutely amazing hotel. Our room was massive with a mezzanine level where the giant bed was. Only a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and bars. Breakfast was a self service affair and when I asked about gluten free products a got given a selection box of goodies including bread, biscuits, crackers and pastries. Staff were wonderful and the afternoon snacks and glass of prosecco were a fabulous little extra that made our stay even better.
Great hotel. Accomodating staff. Tooth brush & other things need to be ask at the reception. Afternoon tea is free.. verry nice. Highly recomended
convenient location for travel, spacious double room with nice view and bed. Would stay there again for sure
Nice room. Kind reception personnel. Good breakfast. 3 minutes walk from train station.
Hotel was nice, very chic and friendly staff. Bed wasn't comfy and the window wouldn't open all the way. Not worth the price in my opinion.
The location is beautiful, rooms are very nice and clean. The service was nice and the only negative point was the speed of the wifi. Unusable :( Great breakfast and nice persons
Clean and professional atmosphere. Not very suited for vacation but more for business trips. Lots of conventions, seminars meetings etc. crowds. Breakfast was OK. City center ~20mins walking distance
The room was extremely hot and dry even with the ventilation on. We found the breakfast below average.
A large bottle of water will be 1€50 anywhere in town and a small bottle from the hotel mini bar will be 3€50!!
Good insonorisation and very nice hot shower.
Absolutely gorgeous hotel, so clean and neat! This might as well be one of my favourite hotels ever! I would rate a 9 out 10! Amazing!😎😎😎
Very convenient , super clean and comfortable hotel whether your staying in BO or on the road. Spacious with friendly staff. Free parking and next to bus station.
The hotel is in avery quiet place.Sometimes you that nobody lives out there. You need at least half an hour to get to the centre of Bologna.
Great hotel, great service and the selection of pillows was great. The roof top restaurant and cafe was very good and the service impeccable. The morning breakfast was great as well. Lots to choose from. Parking was easy since we had a large van and they parked it for us. Highly recommend it.
Smoking Etna magic!! yes, it was smoking as it is still a live volcano. Stayed here a few days, perfect location in Catania. Excellent customer service; arranged for car service, private tour guide and so on. And the rooftop alone, with the view of mount Etna, is just magic! Had breakfast, happy hour, and dinners with the fabulous view. It is pricey compared to other places, but worth it! Would go back again and highly recommend it.
Very good breakfast selection. Nice details around the hotel. Amazing views from the top floor bar. Staff was helpful and friendly :) Would be happy to stay here another time also.
Absolutely amazing exeriance and stuff its friendly, I felt like I am a part of the family!
Highly recommended. Also Spa in here its in the natural cave. If you planning on coming to Siracusa Sicily, you just have to come here.
Breakfast have a bunch of different options from healthy ones who care about calories to a more Italian traditional.
We were starting day with a fresh squeeze juice.
I wanted to give this place five stars. The restaurant is amazing, food and staff are great. The balcony is freaking incredible. Show up during the off season and get ready to be the only people at this hotel. And the spa. God that spa was amazing. Completely worth the stay. The room was pretty small, and newly decorated. It was a bit cheaper looking than the pics let on. You have to put your key in the wall to turn on everything in the room. When my bf would go get something I’d just sit in the dark and wait for him. Hah. Either way we were the only ones here. Private spa, restaurant, and balcony lounge. Well worth the money. Also they make you pay extra for the spa FYI
Really friendly and helpful staff. Clean, modern rooms and hot buffet breakfast with fresh juice!
However there are some drawbacks. Even though the main picture shows a jacuzzi and pool that is not include. That is an extra 60 euros. We really thought the jacuzzi or pool was included... when we arrived at night the restaurant was open but the said they were out of food because of a big group... the restaurant was 2/3 empty. They did offer us some toast though. They also said we could order pizza for delivery. We wanted a meal though and there is nothing close by. Oh and the restaurant is closed for lunch and dinner on Sundays (which happened to be our second day there).
The location is about a 35 minute walk to the island.
It is a hip, young and modern hotel with a cool rooftop and none of the cons are deal breakers but we probably wouldn't recommend this hotel for tourists.
It is rare that I write a bad review, preferring to encourage people to go to the wonderful places that I find instead of picking on the average places. Unfortunately, our stay at the UNA Hotel Regina was so awful that I had to write something.
My husband and I were planning to spend 3 nights, but the conditions were so bad that we left after 1 night. If we had arrived earlier in the evening, we wouldn't have spent even one night!
When we checked in, we were surprised that the grounds were a mess with leaves/debris everywhere and bird poop and green mold growing on all of the walkways and buildings . It was as if they had fired their grounds keepers and simply decided to neglect everything.
We were told at reception that the shuttle that was supposed to be available to take guests into town wasn't available so our only choice for dinner would be to eat in their restaurant. We were the only guests in the large restaurant and the waiter still couldn't remember our order. The food was mediocre at best.
We had to change rooms when the doorknob fell off in my husbands hand when he tried to shut the door...thus preventing us from being able to shut or lock the door. The second room (which they told us was the best one they had) was dark and dirty. The bathroom shower had lots of black mold growing in it and the bathroom floor had piles of dirt in the corners.
In addition to the queen bed, there was a twin bed in the room. We saw both a pincher bug and tiny black ant like bugs crawling on the twin bed. Luckily the queen bed appeared to be clean, but by this time I didn't trust anything.
In addition to it being filthy (or perhaps because of it) the place was deserted. I think there were only one or two other occupied rooms in the large complex. Overall, we felt that the UNA Hotel Regina should not be opened in the off season but instead spend the time cleaning and repairing the facilities.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone at this time.
Big Hotel. The rooms were a bit small but cozy with a cool "old" signature. Great friendly service. Breakfast was great and delicious. The pool was nice and the water was clean. Its not so far from Bari and near a coastal town called Torre a Marre.
Everything was nice ja good
Lovely hotel. Very clean and modern. The staff really do make you feel special. I have stayed here many times over the years, and Vincenzo and the team are fantastic.
Great hotel, fantastic rooms at a good price. The breakfast-service was very good, Wi-Fi too, free parking and a nice small gym. A couple of small remarks, dinner was a bit pricey, and the gym equipment needs some refurbishing. But all in all one of the best hotels for the money in Italy, that I've visited, and one I kept missing later.
Awesome! Very modern and more of boutique hotel next to Modena, Italy. Definitely upscale, compared to "conventional" luxurious hotels in Italy.
Excellent for a night stop.
No free WiFi. Very small room and bathroom.
Right off the highway (less than 1 minute drive), everything is like brand new, cheap prices for an amazing room, courteous service, clean and spacious room, offers a wide range of amenities if needed.
Great location just next to the highway exit Cesena Nord. Just 20 minutes far from the seaside and Mirabilandia park. Rooms are wide and all amenities are as expected. Breakfast is good and with different possibilities.
Nice hotel, nice rooms and good food and not too expensive. Really nice for a short stay, wouldn't stay here for a long period of time tough.
Beautiful modern hotel. Large room. Rich breakfests. Friendly staff. Large parking place. Possibility to park in underground parking place. Elevators...
The hotel, the rooms and the garden were really nice and clean. the only problem was the internet connection in the room is not very good.
Ok hotel with almost no staff, no smiling face to welcome, rooms are okish, one night is ok. Bf is ok ok
Good location, clean hotel and helpful staff but little expensive for their service
From outside not so good, but inside OK. Upgrade to superior room because of first visit, incl. better Wi-Fi (but only for one device at one time).
Rooms are old, wet stains on the wall, carpet ugly.
TV programms in all languages.
Breakfast was very good, fresh coffee and cappuccino, selection of cereals and spread.
Even for allergics!
Checkout took 20min.
Nice hotel. Ask for the bigger room. Nice basic breakfast.
Rather smelly rooms. Cereal choice limited just to cornflakes and very poor coffee. A long way from the town centre.
Friendly staff and great breakfast. Rooms are decaying and very old though. It's also very close to a water treatment plant and it can smell badly often.
very reasonable hotel. you can enjoy simple & nice breakfast.
This hotel is difficult to find and, when found, is an ugly concrete Stalinist building which is badly in need of refurbishment (or demolition, preferably).
We arrived at around 9.00pm. We asked if we could eat and were told by a grumpy and impatient woman that we would have to be quick. She told us she could heat some pizza or some lasagne in the microwave or we could have some bread.
To get to our room we had to climb a flight of stairs covered with some dirty brown threadbare carpet. Besides the stairs were open containers full of the day's laundry.
The room was squalid, grimy and absolutely disgusting. The carpets were filthy and stained and threadbare in places. There was dirt all around the edges. The furniture was all chipped and scratched and one cupboard door would not open. The walls were stained with damp and mildew. There was a dead insect on the windowsill which looked like a cockroach.
Outside the window we counted some fifty cigarette butts on the floor.
The bathroom taps were so old that the plating had worn off. The water would not drain away until we managed to remove the metal plug. The shower flooded after a few minutes.
Breakfast was very poor and accompanied by flies which kept landing on our food.
Outside of the hotel there was litter and cigarette butts everywhere.
This hotel is a complete and utter disgrace. It is comparable to low range hotels eastern Europe in the 1970's. To describe this as a 'four star' hotel is farcical. The owners should be ashamed.
