I loved this property. The location makes it perfect, it's nearby main attractions such as Duomo and Galleria. The staff is very professional, helpful, attentive; they are the definition of customer service. I highly recommend, it's by far one the best ones I've been to, it's worth every penny. The toiletries that they provide are fantastic. I definitely will stay here when I come back.

The hotel upgraded my room to a juror suite which very nice. The suite has pretty of room and was divided into two area separated by a reversible tv. The bedding was soft and clean which is very comfortable to sleep in. The only thing was the pillows were a bit too soft for me. Bathroom was clean and spacious with the usual amenities. The hotel does have underground parking but cost €25 per day if you’re driving. I had the package which included breakfast. Breakfast included the usual egg, bacon, cold cuts, some fruits, tomatoes , mozzarella cheese, fruit juices, yogurt, bread and coffee.
The hotel has air conditioning which is very good the hot days while I was there.
Staff are friendly and courteous.
The hotel is located in a very central location which makes your trip planning very easy. You can walk or take public transportation which is right in front of the hotel.
Overall is a good stay.

Highly consider staying there if you have business downtown in Milano or just leisurely shopping. Few steps away from Castle and Duomo. Perfect

Good location - short walk from the central station and airport shuttle. Nice breakfast. I didn't like the coffee from the machine, because it was made from milk powder instead of fresh milk. Free, but slow, wifi Internet connection. The room was clean and well maintained. Good service of the hotel staff.

Really nice hotel. Great location for the train station but a bit hidden away. Brilliant comfy bed! The room itself although spacious had marks on the walls and the shower was broken so the water sprayed in every direction. For the price paid would have expected a little more. Breakfast was great. Good selection and very tasty.

Breakfast was alright but definitely filling enough to keep you going for the morning
I loved that the mini bar was included
We did not feel like it was that far from the city center since it’s best to get a metro card anyway to explore the city and one day tickets are really cheap

Certainly not a 4 star hotel at least not by my book. It isn't bad though - the room is quite big, the bed comfortable, it's not very far from the city center. Breakfast is good also. The way the room looks doesn't qualify it for a 4 star, the furniture and all the finishes look rather cheap. This hotel doesn't have a parking place - you have to pay 16€/ day for parking your car at least 500 meters away ( when I was there it was raining heavily and the 10 minutes walk was delicious) . It is hilarious in this day and age to ask for money for a decent wifi connection !

A fascinating and beautiful hotel. A little distance from the main areas of Florence but there are buses that stop nearby. Decent location, nice building, clean room, working facilities, good on-site restaurant. Wifi was sub par unless you want to pay extra. Location is a good 20m walk from main area of city. As someone from the States I was confused by needing to leave my swipe card key in a holster by the entrance door (after about 5m everything turns off, lights, a/c). Outlets not always in convenient locations. Overall a solid place to stay, but a bit overpriced.

I chose this hotel for my first visit to Firenze, I am very happy with my choice; the staff at the restaurant were very attentive, the juice bar in the morning was great, I got to pick my own fruits and veggies to start my day; booked a superior room and was very pleased with the size of the bathroom and bath tub itself, night lights beaming around my room was amazing touch. Overall a five-star experience, will come back to UNA Firenze without hesitation.

Lovely hotel in centrally located village overlooking the surrounding countryside. We were lucky to get the suite (in the new part of the hotel) which is huge! The breakfast buffet has everything you expect with freshly made coffees (we still miss Roberta's cappuccino's in the morning at home!) The pool was a welcome refreshment after (or during) a hot summer day. The local pigeons seemed to think so too and used it to quench their thirst. Feature or nuisance? It's up to you. :) Highly recommended as a base to explore Tuscany. The covered parking has two (Tesla) charging points.

From the moment we entered my breath was taken away from the views of the Tuscan hill side. We were escorted to our lovely Lillianna Suite that had a bubbling bathtub.

The room was enormous and when you opened the windows you see the countryside with lots of fresh air! Hard to believe you are only 7 miles from Florence.

The staff made you feel like royalty taking care of every need. The hotel is 450 years old and has been through a restoration that took 5 years and restored it to the original splendor.

The breakfast with champagne was amazing and included everyday!! We also enjoyed dinner here and across the street at a small family owned resturant (highly suggest you try it) too.

I really liked this hotel because our suite was beautiful. I loved the bed and the bathroom with a tub and shower. Also, it is very spacious unlike most hotels in Italy. I also appreciated how close the hotel was to the train station. The staff is very nice.

My issue was with the internet signal being mediocre, so if you plan on working from your room it might not be possible, and the food was very much average or below. I regretted ordering room service. The breakfast was varied but still mediocre. For a 4 star hotel, I expected more.

Everything was good. Especially the bar and restaurant. Price was reasonable. What I didn't like was that hotel was stingy with toiletries. We had to call each day to request for basic amenities like dental set, bath salts, conditioner. Why not just provide on a daily basis? It should be provided rather than making hotel guest request for it.

Bathroom is not so user friendly for old people, they need to climb into the bath tub that is slippery without a anti slip mat and grab bar. Exactly the same breakfast spread through out my four days of stay. Not enough variety for children and missing the popular pancake. Cold hard boiled eggs? Shouldn't it be HOT breakfast!

Wonderful hotel in a great location in Venice. We stayed five nights on the first floor. Our room was lovely. They offer different pillow options, which is nice. A very nice tea time is offered in the afternoons followed by a little happy hour with sparkling wine and sandwiches, chips and nuts. Breakfast is great; they will bring you any coffee or tea you like, then you help yourself to cereal, fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese, yogurt and a lovely assortment of breads and pastries. The staff are very pleasant and helpful with directions and whatnot. Speaking English was not a problem at all. A short walk to a main street where there are loads of shops, bars and restaurants. A very short walk to the boats as well. Very convenient and quiet. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Our room was massive with a mezzanine level where the giant bed was. Only a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and bars. Breakfast was a self service affair and when I asked about gluten free products a got given a selection box of goodies including bread, biscuits, crackers and pastries. Staff were wonderful and the afternoon snacks and glass of prosecco were a fabulous little extra that made our stay even better.

Slightly off the beaten track but still easy to reach from the airport on the ferry and moments away from everything you need.
Room was a little small but with a canal side view, you could almost touch it during aqua Alta, it had everything you might want.
A simple but good quality breakfast, afternoon snacks and prosecco and nibbles in the evening are a welcome bonus.
Staff were all incredibly nice and helpful when needed.

Service: 5⭐
Great accommodating service. They offer valet parking of your car for 20 EUR pr night.

Rooms: 4⭐
The interior of the room was nice and very modernly decorated. A remote control at the bed side to control everything about lightning. I really liked that the doors to the balcony were sound proof. We couldn't hear anything of the noise from the traffic when the doors were closed and the room were pitch black when the blinders were closed. It gave us a good opportunity to get a great night's sleep.

Breakfast: 3🌟
The breakfast were good with a wide selection of things to choose from, but I felt the quality of the items were low.

Location: 5⭐
The hotel is perfectly located next to the railroad station with walking distance to most things you might wanna see. Can't miss this if you're planning on sightseeing in Naples

Stayed here for 10 nights. Situated five minutes from central train station and twenty five minutes walk to the ports for ferry services. Despite being in a very busy area the sound proofing in the room was brilliant. Great night's sleep. Bed comfy but maybe a bit too firm. Room spotless. Had superior room which included free mini bar so well worth the extra. The food included in the breakfast menu was varied and delicious. The restaurant staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The reception staff very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a base for commuting around the area. It helped make a good holiday great.

I wanted to give this place five stars. The restaurant is amazing, food and staff are great. The balcony is freaking incredible. Show up during the off season and get ready to be the only people at this hotel. And the spa. God that spa was amazing. Completely worth the stay. The room was pretty small, and newly decorated. It was a bit cheaper looking than the pics let on. You have to put your key in the wall to turn on everything in the room. When my bf would go get something I’d just sit in the dark and wait for him. Hah. Either way we were the only ones here. Private spa, restaurant, and balcony lounge. Well worth the money. Also they make you pay extra for the spa FYI

Really friendly and helpful staff. Clean, modern rooms and hot buffet breakfast with fresh juice!
However there are some drawbacks. Even though the main picture shows a jacuzzi and pool that is not include. That is an extra 60 euros. We really thought the jacuzzi or pool was included... when we arrived at night the restaurant was open but the said they were out of food because of a big group... the restaurant was 2/3 empty. They did offer us some toast though. They also said we could order pizza for delivery. We wanted a meal though and there is nothing close by. Oh and the restaurant is closed for lunch and dinner on Sundays (which happened to be our second day there).

The location is about a 35 minute walk to the island.

It is a hip, young and modern hotel with a cool rooftop and none of the cons are deal breakers but we probably wouldn't recommend this hotel for tourists.

It is rare that I write a bad review, preferring to encourage people to go to the wonderful places that I find instead of picking on the average places. Unfortunately, our stay at the UNA Hotel Regina was so awful that I had to write something.

My husband and I were planning to spend 3 nights, but the conditions were so bad that we left after 1 night. If we had arrived earlier in the evening, we wouldn't have spent even one night!

When we checked in, we were surprised that the grounds were a mess with leaves/debris everywhere and bird poop and green mold growing on all of the walkways and buildings . It was as if they had fired their grounds keepers and simply decided to neglect everything.

We were told at reception that the shuttle that was supposed to be available to take guests into town wasn't available so our only choice for dinner would be to eat in their restaurant. We were the only guests in the large restaurant and the waiter still couldn't remember our order. The food was mediocre at best.

We had to change rooms when the doorknob fell off in my husbands hand when he tried to shut the door...thus preventing us from being able to shut or lock the door. The second room (which they told us was the best one they had) was dark and dirty. The bathroom shower had lots of black mold growing in it and the bathroom floor had piles of dirt in the corners.

In addition to the queen bed, there was a twin bed in the room. We saw both a pincher bug and tiny black ant like bugs crawling on the twin bed. Luckily the queen bed appeared to be clean, but by this time I didn't trust anything.

In addition to it being filthy (or perhaps because of it) the place was deserted. I think there were only one or two other occupied rooms in the large complex. Overall, we felt that the UNA Hotel Regina should not be opened in the off season but instead spend the time cleaning and repairing the facilities.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone at this time.
