We stayed here two days and we really enjoyed our visit. It is a small and comfortable boutique hotel that has well trained and customer focused staff. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and smartly decorated. Breakfast is great value and is not included. Room rates are reasonable for central Milano. To recommend
Stayed at Una Maison Milano for 5 nights recently. This boutique hotel is lovely. Staff are very accommodating and situated in the heart of Milan city you couldn't ask for a better location! A beautifully, clean hotel you definitely won't be disappointed!
Fabulous stay with first class service.
We had a fabulous stay. We were in Milano for the first time and the hotel helped to make the trip so much more special. The staff were all, without exception, superb, helpful and genuinely friendly. The room was spacious and cosy. I would highly recommend a stay here
The hotel was perfect for our short break in Milano, the staff made us feel so welcome upon our arrival and during our stay. The hotel was clean and modern and the room was spacious. Perfect location being a few steps from main city attractions. Great breakfast. Would definitely return and recommend to all!
Superb location, and generally good staff. Shower felt a bit tight, and it was strange to need to request for shampoo or slippers. So, felt a little stingier than it should have been. The room was clean though some might take issue with the firm beds.
Nice hotel but upgrade to suite is not worth it. Hotel bar was nice and the breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Stayed over one night. Room was very nice comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was also good plenty choice. I would definitely use this hotel again.
Fabulous hotel. Very close to the station. Very spacious room. Excellent!
A great stay. Rooms are spacious and cleaned well everyday. Breakfast is of very high standard.
Gorgeous view from the lounge on top. What a great place to enjoy a great breakfast!!! Our the view of the ocean around sunset. All the facilities were new and very high quality and very comfortable. Staff was so genuinely friendly and nice. This was by far and a way my wife’s favorite place in all of our many stays in Barcelona .We highly highly recommend it!
Comfortable hotel, in central position. Excellent Saturday farmers market in front of the hotel weekly.
Good place to stay, closer to metro and Chinatown, cross street is a big supermarket and cafe, get your daily supply of water or drink, fruits, chip. It open till 10 pm. Hotel breakfast is good, decent hotel and the frontdesk is helpful. With a metro pass, you can reach all the Milan sightseeing places.very convenience location.
Certainly not a 4 star hotel at least not by my book. It isn't bad though - the room is quite big, the bed comfortable, it's not very far from the city center. Breakfast is good also. The way the room looks doesn't qualify it for a 4 star, the furniture and all the finishes look rather cheap. This hotel doesn't have a parking place - you have to pay 16€/ day for parking your car at least 500 meters away ( when I was there it was raining heavily and the 10 minutes walk was delicious) . It is hilarious in this day and age to ask for money for a decent wifi connection !
No complaints. Nice room, clean and in good repair, reasonable rates, very friendly, helpful staff.
Good central location and very convenient rooms and hospitable service. Good meal options in the restaurant and many other options just outside the hotel.
A chic hotel about 30 min away from Milan airport. The staff is warm and rooms spacious and very well maintained. The washrooms are large and have a bath tub.
This place has a bar and a lovely restaurant. About 30 min away from city centre of Milan this is a nice place to stay both for business and on a vacation.
All staff really friendly and very helpful. Rooms on 9th floor super quite with great views on a clear day.
Excellent i have had in milan. Near by airport but very near to the highway. Very peaceful location. Wi-Fi was good. Rooms were very nice. Mini bar available. There is a bar in hotel. Break fast average with few options available. Regards#The indian traveller
The staff was excellent, very helpful. However, the bedside lamps did not work nor did the hair dryer. I reported these issues and nothing was done. I was glad I was only staying ONE night.
No hot water for more than 18 hours, ran out of some breakfast things before 0830 on the last day. However rooms comfortable and staff helpful
Amazing stay, very nice receptionists, clean and comfortable rooms, rich breakfast and 20 minutes walk to all city center attractions.
Right on the ZTL border makes it perfect location if you are staying and your car with you where you simply leave your car at the parking garage while you spend the day jogging the city.
Ottima struttura ricettiva collocata in piena campagna, circondata da prati verdi.
Pleasant staff. Excellent food. Very accommodating for our children. Environment is beautiful, but it would be nice if the trees were shorter on the terrace.
Came to golf with friends while on vacation. While golfing was not as expensive as some North American courses, the quality suffered a bit. Greens were in rough condition and rental club quality was not very good for the cost. Pro shop was very expensive, and food and beverage service was very lacking.
Nice hotel but not what promised when we booked. We got the old building instead of the new one. Very disappointing breakfast. Restaurant is delicious, fresh products but a little expensive. Friendly staff. Beautiful place to stay. Tuscany is wonderful!
Good location for central Tuscany, with free parking at the local supermarket. Lovely but very expensive restaurant. Good base hotel for Tuscan day trips but not much atmosphere around he hotel itself. Definitely worth joining in for one of the complimentary wine tastings even if just to have a peek at the gorgeous wine cellar - a definite highlight!
This place is so beautiful people were very friendly all through the little town and at the hotel pool was not heated but that was ok it was so hot you did not want the pool to be warm. Drinks wine and good all so good
Beautiful facility, good cocktails, gorgeous views, and a lovely pool. The only problem is the attitude and training of the staff. All of our group were told "No", "you can't", "against the regulations" more times than I can remember at a luxury hotel. Customer satisfaction is not their priority. Prime example was the lady in the spa who seemed to bark "regolamento" every time I saw her.
Nothing like a daily reprimand! Won't be going back.
Attentive staff, who could not help enough, excellent location. Would recommend to anyone.
Wonderful Mansion in the heart of Mugello countryside, where relax and well being are granted. The Staff is literally superb, 100% voted to guests' satisfaction, as it should be in all the places. The main Restaurant offers an interesting Local choice, really very good! Well be surely back!
Great hotel, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, air conditioning throughout. Breakfasts fantastic. Lovely pool, plenty of sun beds, nice grounds, plenty of parking, but not under cover. Dinner prices rather steep, but many great restaurants within easy walking distance. Family friendly. Quite large, so not a small, family-owned hotel.
Our family of Mum, Dad and 3 daughters stayed in one of their aparto suites for 2 weeks. The photos on their website are actually not as good as the real thing. This is a brilliant hotel with brilliant staff. We had an amazing time.
Highly priced given the kind of amenities. Rooms are spacious and facilities as well. However the quality of material in rooms are not so good so I don’t believe they will last for long. The location is superb for sure.
Hotel is located next to the Highway exit is and 2km distant from the beach. Rooms are ok, clean, double bed and Single bed. Bathroom was clean too. The pool is nice. The staff was always very attentive. Breakfast offerta a vast choice. If for you its not important to have a hotel directly attached to the beach this is a good low key option. They rent bikes too but the price is too high.
La posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda e facile da raggiungere.
A little far from the main areas. The daily buffet breakfast is excellent and the pool is an added plus.
Great hotel in Rome, excellent access to Termini Station and near most tourist spots. Complete remodel of an older hotel, stunning inside. Small rooms, but typical of Europe. Needs: softer mattresses, better pillows, and USB plug-ins. Pluses: fantastic breakfast included in price, friendly staff, excellent location.
Ottima posizione nei pressi della stazione termini. Personale molto professionale è molto cortese. Stanza impeccabile molto ben rifinita particolarmente curata è molto confortevole. La prima colazione a un buffet ampio vario e di qualità. Sono stato ospite una notte per un evento professionale e sono davvero stato molto bene. Lo consiglio vivamente
Its near Termini, about 5 mins walk. Rooms are comfortable and posh. The hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. Definitely will come back again.
Booked two rooms for three nights, one was a superior and we got upgraded to an executive both on the first floor. Very nice hotel in a quiet area but close enough to major sights. Rooms were very comfortable, clean and with good size bathrooms, both had baths with shower over the. Staff have been superb throughout our stay. Tea and coffee in the room with a stocked mini bar but enough room for fresh milk.
Wonderful hotel in a great location in Venice. We stayed five nights on the first floor. Our room was lovely. They offer different pillow options, which is nice. A very nice tea time is offered in the afternoons followed by a little happy hour with sparkling wine and sandwiches, chips and nuts. Breakfast is great; they will bring you any coffee or tea you like, then you help yourself to cereal, fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese, yogurt and a lovely assortment of breads and pastries. The staff are very pleasant and helpful with directions and whatnot. Speaking English was not a problem at all. A short walk to a main street where there are loads of shops, bars and restaurants. A very short walk to the boats as well. Very convenient and quiet. Would highly recommend.
Absolutely amazing hotel. Our room was massive with a mezzanine level where the giant bed was. Only a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and bars. Breakfast was a self service affair and when I asked about gluten free products a got given a selection box of goodies including bread, biscuits, crackers and pastries. Staff were wonderful and the afternoon snacks and glass of prosecco were a fabulous little extra that made our stay even better.
Perfectly acceptable hotel. Good location opposite the station and about 15 minutes to centre of bologna. Rooms were very clean and a good size. Breakfast was standard European affair. Would recommend staying here if in Bologna
Very clean... Friendly and accommodating staff... Near Bologna Centrale (train station)... Walkable to the city center and historical areas...
convenient location for travel, spacious double room with nice view and bed. Would stay there again for sure
Great hotel, great service and the selection of pillows was great. The roof top restaurant and cafe was very good and the service impeccable. The morning breakfast was great as well. Lots to choose from. Parking was easy since we had a large van and they parked it for us. Highly recommend it.
Beautiful place, staff it’s really kind and friendly, the rooms are very comfortable (but we didn’t like that there where no amenities we had the number and request for all things we needed like soap, conditioner.. ) personally I really like the style of the hotel, the breakfast it’s okay very complete. The breakfast in the terrace it’s totally worth it! It has delicious Sicilian dishes, the Arancini are amazing. The service very very slow (they apologize several times due to few staff). In overall we are very very satisfy with the experience ! If we come back to Catania we will come back for sure.
Smoking Etna magic!! yes, it was smoking as it is still a live volcano. Stayed here a few days, perfect location in Catania. Excellent customer service; arranged for car service, private tour guide and so on. And the rooftop alone, with the view of mount Etna, is just magic! Had breakfast, happy hour, and dinners with the fabulous view. It is pricey compared to other places, but worth it! Would go back again and highly recommend it.
The hotel is a good place to stay in Siracusa if you have a car. I loved their breakfast, they have a really nice roof top terrace and the rooms are nice and clean. You can get a great many things from the staff, if you happened to forget something, like a shaving kit. The only thing they should improve at some point is their elevator. It can only do one thing at a time. If somebody else called it, you have to wait until it finished this task before you can call it. If you press a button before, it will just ignore you.
Absolutely amazing exeriance and stuff its friendly, I felt like I am a part of the family!
Highly recommended. Also Spa in here its in the natural cave. If you planning on coming to Siracusa Sicily, you just have to come here.
Breakfast have a bunch of different options from healthy ones who care about calories to a more Italian traditional.
We were starting day with a fresh squeeze juice.
It is rare that I write a bad review, preferring to encourage people to go to the wonderful places that I find instead of picking on the average places. Unfortunately, our stay at the UNA Hotel Regina was so awful that I had to write something.
My husband and I were planning to spend 3 nights, but the conditions were so bad that we left after 1 night. If we had arrived earlier in the evening, we wouldn't have spent even one night!
When we checked in, we were surprised that the grounds were a mess with leaves/debris everywhere and bird poop and green mold growing on all of the walkways and buildings . It was as if they had fired their grounds keepers and simply decided to neglect everything.
We were told at reception that the shuttle that was supposed to be available to take guests into town wasn't available so our only choice for dinner would be to eat in their restaurant. We were the only guests in the large restaurant and the waiter still couldn't remember our order. The food was mediocre at best.
We had to change rooms when the doorknob fell off in my husbands hand when he tried to shut the door...thus preventing us from being able to shut or lock the door. The second room (which they told us was the best one they had) was dark and dirty. The bathroom shower had lots of black mold growing in it and the bathroom floor had piles of dirt in the corners.
In addition to the queen bed, there was a twin bed in the room. We saw both a pincher bug and tiny black ant like bugs crawling on the twin bed. Luckily the queen bed appeared to be clean, but by this time I didn't trust anything.
In addition to it being filthy (or perhaps because of it) the place was deserted. I think there were only one or two other occupied rooms in the large complex. Overall, we felt that the UNA Hotel Regina should not be opened in the off season but instead spend the time cleaning and repairing the facilities.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone at this time.
Big Hotel. The rooms were a bit small but cozy with a cool "old" signature. Great friendly service. Breakfast was great and delicious. The pool was nice and the water was clean. Its not so far from Bari and near a coastal town called Torre a Marre.
Everything was nice ja good
Lovely hotel. Very clean and modern. The staff really do make you feel special. I have stayed here many times over the years, and Vincenzo and the team are fantastic.
A bit out of town but food rooms, a well equipped wellness center and a fantastic offering for breakfast.
Great hotel, fantastic rooms at a good price. The breakfast-service was very good, Wi-Fi too, free parking and a nice small gym. A couple of small remarks, dinner was a bit pricey, and the gym equipment needs some refurbishing. But all in all one of the best hotels for the money in Italy, that I've visited, and one I kept missing later.
Excellent for a night stop.
No free WiFi. Very small room and bathroom.
Right off the highway (less than 1 minute drive), everything is like brand new, cheap prices for an amazing room, courteous service, clean and spacious room, offers a wide range of amenities if needed.
Great location just next to the highway exit Cesena Nord. Just 20 minutes far from the seaside and Mirabilandia park. Rooms are wide and all amenities are as expected. Breakfast is good and with different possibilities.
Nice hotel, nice rooms and good food and not too expensive. Really nice for a short stay, wouldn't stay here for a long period of time tough.
Beautiful modern hotel. Large room. Rich breakfests. Friendly staff. Large parking place. Possibility to park in underground parking place. Elevators...
The hotel, the rooms and the garden were really nice and clean. the only problem was the internet connection in the room is not very good.
Ok hotel with almost no staff, no smiling face to welcome, rooms are okish, one night is ok. Bf is ok ok
Good location, clean hotel and helpful staff but little expensive for their service
From outside not so good, but inside OK. Upgrade to superior room because of first visit, incl. better Wi-Fi (but only for one device at one time).
Rooms are old, wet stains on the wall, carpet ugly.
TV programms in all languages.
Breakfast was very good, fresh coffee and cappuccino, selection of cereals and spread.
Even for allergics!
Checkout took 20min.
Nice hotel. Ask for the bigger room. Nice basic breakfast.
Rather smelly rooms. Cereal choice limited just to cornflakes and very poor coffee. A long way from the town centre.
Friendly staff and great breakfast. Rooms are decaying and very old though. It's also very close to a water treatment plant and it can smell badly often.
very reasonable hotel. you can enjoy simple & nice breakfast.
This hotel is difficult to find and, when found, is an ugly concrete Stalinist building which is badly in need of refurbishment (or demolition, preferably).
We arrived at around 9.00pm. We asked if we could eat and were told by a grumpy and impatient woman that we would have to be quick. She told us she could heat some pizza or some lasagne in the microwave or we could have some bread.
To get to our room we had to climb a flight of stairs covered with some dirty brown threadbare carpet. Besides the stairs were open containers full of the day's laundry.
The room was squalid, grimy and absolutely disgusting. The carpets were filthy and stained and threadbare in places. There was dirt all around the edges. The furniture was all chipped and scratched and one cupboard door would not open. The walls were stained with damp and mildew. There was a dead insect on the windowsill which looked like a cockroach.
Outside the window we counted some fifty cigarette butts on the floor.
The bathroom taps were so old that the plating had worn off. The water would not drain away until we managed to remove the metal plug. The shower flooded after a few minutes.
Breakfast was very poor and accompanied by flies which kept landing on our food.
Outside of the hotel there was litter and cigarette butts everywhere.
This hotel is a complete and utter disgrace. It is comparable to low range hotels eastern Europe in the 1970's. To describe this as a 'four star' hotel is farcical. The owners should be ashamed.
