My husband and I have just arrived home after 5 weeks in the UK, starting
our holiday with 3 wonderful days in Milan. We were both so impressed
with this lovely city and greatly appreciated the warm welcome we received
from all the staff at this Hotel. Nothing was too much trouble, from
advising on restaurants, cafes and the like. The three female staff were particularly delightful - such a refreshing change to so many robotic hotel staff we have come across in our travels. The hotel is well situated, close to the centre of the city, well appointed and clean. We would certainly
recommend Una Maison to anyone and look forward to returning in the near future.
It is our second time in the hotel. We loved it. Everything is wonderful. The room ,the stuff and the location.
Everything is amazing except for the wifi which is crucial. It's extremely slow. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. If the wifi is no longer a problem then this hotel would be way better and a 5 star hotel in my point of view.
UNA hotel Cusani is my favourite hotel in Milan, the location is super central, the rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, breakfast is lovely. Would definitely recommend!
Great location and service & breakfast as good as you would expect. Noice from the street is not that bad. Many streets to stroll right nearby.
Hotel is easily accessible from the two train stations (Porto Garibaldi and Milano Centrale). It's 30 seconds from Via Dante, which is where the shops start. The Cathedral is a good 10 minute walk away. There is a convenience store about 6 minutes away, by foot.
We had a standard double room and it was very spacious and modern. Bathroom similarly was spacious and clean. The option to choose pillows was a nice touch and I recommend the goose feathered pillow. We were offered a room upgrade for 25€ per night but declined (the standard room was perfect for us).
Internet was very fast and customer service was very good. They accommodated our requests and were friendly.
It would be nice if they included a kettle in the room and had a better selection of vegetarian options for breakfast.
Modern room with funky lights. The room has a safe and a kettle. The WiFi was fast and easy to connect to. Breakfast was nice. The service was efficient. It's very close to the Central terminal.
Modern room in good location. Service was fine but not exceptional. No complaints.
Bad and very slow service, free Wi-Fi but really slow which you cannot even use. Bad sound-proofing that you can hear upstairs strolling. But I like the room declaration and the space.
We really enjoyed our stay in January 2014. Loved the interiors and beautiful furniture.
The only disappointment was breakfast - too low standart for such a hotel.
Good location and excellent breakfast.
Really clean nice rooms. Helpful staff and supermarket right next door
A bit of a walk, but the service absolutely makes up for it. The hotel is very modern Italian.
The Una Vittoria Hotel is situated in a good position. Within 30 minutes you can reach Ponte Vecchio by food.
The outdoors area is lovely and I enjoyed the warm summer weather while waiting for a cab.
The staff is wonderful: every single one of them is friendly, smiling but professional, ready to assist you the best possible way.
The breakfast was great, with a large choice of sweet and savory and I appreciated the possibility to have a fresh centrifuged juice, even if it wasn’t included in the breakfast menu and I had to pay extra for it.
The restaurant offers a limited but home-made menu, with typical Tuscan dishes such as “bistecca alla Fiorentina”, “tiramisu” etc.
The only down side was the room…The design is pretentious but not functional and this takes a toll on guest’s comfort. I don’t know if all the rooms are the same buy I wouldn’t advise mine, the 227.
To begin with, there’s no “normal” chair in the room. You have 2 bar like high chairs, quite uncomfortable and not what you would expect in a hotel room. The small LED lamps present all over the wall and the ceiling are annoying and I couldn’t find a way to switch them off, not even with the remote control close to the bed. The temperature was OK but the ventilator kept on going and didn’t want to turn off.
The bathroom had black toilet, sink and tub. I suppose they were clean but I couldn’t tell for sure, due to the colour. The shower had a complicated to use faucets and the water temperature was unstable (during a hot shower you could get an ice-cold jet).
Very hot in the rooms and decor is dated. Couldn't turn off all the lights in my room at night time.
Good golf court. Hotel ok, but needs to been renovated especially from exterior. Wifi is not useful. Download rates of max. 15 KB/s. Not more. They are not living in Internet world.
Best resort in the region. Wifi could be improved
I visited this special place in May 2003,my memories are quite clear. The course was presented in very good condition, and even though I arrived a little bit late,my boss was pleased to see me.The players seemed happy with the practice facilities, although, the engines roaring on the near by test tracks were slightly off putting.Maybe Italians will love their cars more than Golfers, who knows?
Simply the best stay!!! 5stars!!!
Pleasant and very nice hotel
The staff and service are rare to find
Far more than you can expect
Thank you very much!!!
Great atmosphere, helpful staff, lovely pool, good rooms, fab historic interior, stylish and central. Loved our stay here.
Nice 4stars hotel. I personally miss the personal touch from the staff...
Resort and wellness centre, set in beautiful countryside house of Renaissance Florence, on the hill of Toscana not far from Florence. On this place he could organise events, ceremony in a splendid scenery
Consigliato
Clean refurbished old hotel but lift not available to bring down luggages down to basenent 1 - poor bell boys who need to carry things down
It was clean and staff were friendly i give it that but the place in general was basic and the pool was closed on the day we arrived with no real explanation (their explanation was end of season and no life guard available) but on website says april until sept (our holiday was last week) also food was poor. We were bed and breakfast only and variety of food was poor and each day some foods werent served and what was served was over cooked not edible? Evening food wasnt much better we only ate twice there as it was very expensive for what you get and below average. Distance was another issue 3-4km into local town Forte Dei Marmi and you had to walk along a very busy main road and roundabout in the dark. Local free beach was 7-9km away from hotel and if you wanted a nearby beach then you had to pay 35 euros for 2 sun beds and umbrella daily. We would not recommend it for a base if going to italy (ruscany region) nearby places are Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa and Florence with more life and more to do. We found that alot of the local restaurants were either closed or not open until 7.30pm which left us very limited and frustrated.....
Expensive for the mediocre quality and ok service.
Rooms were big sized (we had a 3 person room). Beds were firm and toilets were clean and new. Location was fantastic...it was next to Termini station and getting around was easy. It was easy to find food....especially after a long day out trudging the Vatican and walking about the city. Highly recommended.
Lovely hotel, very well situated to get about. Large spacious rooms. A good breakfast to start your day off right.
Not happy with the room. Especially not for a apparently 4 star hotel! Definitely needs a renovation. Walls are dirty, some things are broken and not working properly. Mini bar is not working just to name a few. Silicon in the bathrooms should be renewed. Room is dark and cramped. When I asked to move to a different room they offered me a better one with extra charge. So not very friendly. Also not recommended for nursing mothers who are on a business trip without their baby. They do not give you the possibility to store pumped breast milk in a mini fridge nor in a freezer, so I need to dump it all. Which, every mother will understand this, is terrifying. I do not recommend to stay here unless it is one night only. I would not stay here again!
Stayed for 1 night Easter Saturday before joining cruise ship the hotel is lovely gorgeous room friendly helpful staff. Easy walking distance from all of Venice attractions.Would definately stay there again. Highly recommend.
I have stayed here and this is of the highest standard whilst allowing you to feel like you are a local living in Venice. I could see a family across the courtyard having their family reunion. Nothing gets more real than this. Being so near the centre of Venice, you still get peace and quiet while being able to walk to all the famous sites.
Nice, quiet, happy hour
Great location right across from the subway station and just down the street from the train station. Right along some of the biggest downtown streets for easy access to shopping and the sights. Nice rooms with high ceilings and large, we'll furnished bathroom. Great restaurant with gorgeous rooftop patio. Staff was friendly and hotel room rates were reasonable. Recommend the Superior rooms or up as mini bar is included at no charge. The snacks and beverages were very welcome after long days of walking in Pompeii , climbing Vesuvius and seeing the sights. Highly recommended.
Everyone was very helpful, service was great. Very accommodating. We turned in pretty late, found we weren't happy with the pillows that were there but they sent softer ones up after hours when we called the desk to ask. Pillows were THE only complaint about the rooms. Just make sure to test yours out early. They even have pamphlets on the different pillows you can request. The room was gorgeous, with two balconies. I believe it was a superior option room. For fifteen euro extra you get unlimited wifi and no charge for minibar items (no liquor but nice options!) Located between a famed pizzeria and the central train station/metro station (five minutes from each,) the hotel was perfect for our quick stop. The traffic in the square may be an issue for light sleepers, maybe see if you can request a room in the back. I'm sure they will try to set that up. The restaurant was quality (we didn't feel completely comfortable venturing out after a long day in Pompei) and breakfast on the roof was a quite interesting way to stay the day. Again, everyone was accommodating and helpful at breakfast. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose.
Rooms are a bit small but clean and updated. The views from the rooftop restaurant is quite amazing especially during sunset. My husband and I loved going up there after a long day of exploring and enjoying the views with a bottle of wine.
Very close to the center of the town (10-15 minutes) and across the road to the Central Train Station. You can get here directly from the airport with the bus, in about 30 minutes. It has big enough rooms and good service. It has its own restaurant, where You can get breakfast. About the breakfast, it's plenty of food, fresh and various; it can Be a problem If You stay more then 3 days: it's allways the same products. The cappuccino here is pretty good, a Nice way to start your Day!
Lovely hotel, very stylish with large rooms and extremely comfortable beds. Only letdown is the breakfast was not to the high standard set by the rest of the hotel. Location is perfect for work or travelling within Bologna.
very modern made hotel. small rooms, but pretty neat! nice people and a good location to stay .
I haven't been using the rooms: I was there for a fitness convention. The areas are spacious and tidy and the staff is welcoming and professional.
Noise isolation between rooms is terrible
good hotel for business, near the fair so not near the centre (walking)
You'll be toasting to the view at Una Hotel's rooftop garden bar, a grown-up hideaway with a sucker-punch view of Etna. Ponder its power on the succulent-fringed terrace or retreat to one of the softly lit lounges inside. A good time to head up is from 7.30pm, when €15 buys you an alcoholic libation and free reign of the decent aperitivo buffet
The place has a rooftop bar that is offering a nice view and it is used especially for the UK/US tourists. To much expensive for what is offering.
UNA hotel is a very nice place. It is listed as a 4 star hotel. The room wasn't the cleanest, but the staff at check-in was phenomenal. They speak English well, and gave lots of information about the hotel and the area. The really nice thing about this hotel is that it is right on the main tourist street, so everything is there and easy to walk to. The rooftop restaurant has amazing views.
Best staff, composed of young dynamic people. We loved the dinner at the restaurant great kitchen. The impro. Cocktails were great. Amazing breakfast setting the bar really high! Thanks.
Nice hotel, but not so good location. Nice top roof view.
Very good breakfast. Very good bed.
Just an ok location for charging your Tesla.
Restaurant is decent and service too, but too isolated.
Nice place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere, there is a swimming pool, the golf course, bar restaurant, even ev charging station. The only down side is that the location and organization is a bit confusing during big events with many people.
Staffs are very friendly. Room is clean and modern. Breakfast is delicious. Highly recommended.
Excellent rooms. Great service. Great food at the restaurant. Great price on the room and food in the restaurant.
Very clean and tidy, staff were polite and helpful.
Right off the highway (less than 1 minute drive), everything is like brand new, cheap prices for an amazing room, courteous service, clean and spacious room, offers a wide range of amenities if needed.
The hotel is very confortable and nice. The breakfast was vary and rich. The position is the best possible
The rooms are nice and clean. The issue is restaurant. The Pizza is horrible. Do not order it.
Personal is nice and kind.
Unaway Cesena nord is very close to highway a14 Cesena Nord exit, so it's very easy to reach it. The rooms are large, very clean with new furniture. The braekfast is rich with a large choice of products. All staff is kind.
I freaking love this place, stayed for a month and experienced nothing less than perfection every night. Simone, you rock.
From outside not so good, but inside OK. Upgrade to superior room because of first visit, incl. better Wi-Fi (but only for one device at one time).
Rooms are old, wet stains on the wall, carpet ugly.
TV programms in all languages.
Breakfast was very good, fresh coffee and cappuccino, selection of cereals and spread.
Even for allergics!
Checkout took 20min.
Nice hotel. Ask for the bigger room. Nice basic breakfast.
Rather smelly rooms. Cereal choice limited just to cornflakes and very poor coffee. A long way from the town centre.
very reasonable hotel. you can enjoy simple & nice breakfast.
Just had a commercial propose from a sponsor. Not stayed at the hotel
Regular hotel services. Free but slow and limited wifi (only surf, no streaming, no youtube, no vpn...). No restaurant, only cafe bar, and expensive. No centric places near.
